OUR Radon
SYSTEMS
The Industry Gold Standard
Active Soil Depressurization (ASD)
Active Soil Depressurization (ASD) is the most reliable method for reducing radon levels. The system works by creating a continuous vacuum beneath your foundation or crawlspace using a specialized, high-efficiency fan. This draws soil gases into a network of airtight PVC piping before they can enter your home.
The captured radon is then vented safely through a discharge point above the roofline, where it dissipates into the atmosphere. This proactive approach effectively 'intercepts' the gas at the source, making it the industry’s most successful strategy for long-term safety.
Since every home is unique, our ASD systems are always customized. Each installation is precisely engineered to account for your home’s specific architectural design and unique soil conditions, ensuring maximum protection for your family.
Sub-Membrane Ventilation (SMV)
Sub-Membrane Ventilation (SMV) is the definitive solution for reducing radon in crawlspaces or areas with exposed soil. We install a heavy-duty, durable plastic membrane over the ground, creating a secure barrier that is hermetically sealed at the edges and around foundation supports.
This membrane is connected to a specialized pipe and high-efficiency fan system. The fan creates a continuous vacuum beneath the plastic, actively pulling radon gas and moisture from the soil before they can enter your home. These gases are then channeled through airtight piping and vented safely into the atmosphere, well away from living areas.
In addition to protecting your family from radon, SMV effectively controls humidity and improves overall indoor air quality. Depending on your home's unique foundation, SMV can be used alone or seamlessly combined with other radon reduction methods for comprehensive protection.
